1. What is the ordering process?

You can now add items to the shopping cart and purchase securely online. If you prefer, you can call me

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THROUGH EMAIL AS IT IS NOT SECURE.

2. How are online payments processed?

All orders placed on meganleedesigns.com are managed and collected securely by Mal's E-Commerce and Propay.
We DO NOT keep any credit card information on file.

3. What is the average turnaround time for shipping?

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from the purchase date assuming the item is in stock. Occasionally
items are backordered, in which case you will receive an email from me about shipping dates. All Domestic orders
are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please allow extra time for international orders, however I do ship internationally.

4. How much is Shipping?

Shipping rates are determinted by the weight of the items ordered. All orders over $50 recieve FREE SHIPPING every day.
 
5. Can I place a custom order?

Sure - just email me with your request and I will let you know if its possible. I have worked with many people in the
past on custom t-shirts, invitations, sockdogs and other design projects.
 
6. What is your return policy?

Any unworn item can be returned for any reason. Please email me first to let me know if you plan to return and
the reason why. Then, please ship to:

You will be refunded for the cost of the item, less shipping charges.
If any item is defective in any way I will fix it or replace it for free.

7. How should I wash my screenprinted clothing?

I recommend washing all t-shirt, totes, scarves and dresses in cold water (either machine or hand-wash) and
tumble dry on low, or lay flat to dry if you want to avoid shrinkage.

8. How are your items sized and can I order different sizes?

Each item should have a size chart so to be safe please refer to those before placing your order. In gerenal,
Amercain Apparel and Altervative Apparel clothing tend to run a little small so it's important to check the size chart
to make sure you're getting the best fit. You can always contact me to see if I can make an item in a different size -
I usually can for a $5 surcharge.

9. Can I buy your items in stores?

Yes! Please click on the "stores" link at the top of the page for a full list of retailers. If I’m not in your area and you know of a store that would be a

10. Do you have Megan Lee Designs gift certificates?

I do - just email me and I will send a pdf that can be printed out the same day or sent directly to the recipient.
 
11. Are you going to be in my hometown anytime soon?

I am constantly adding new cities to my show circuit. Past cities have included Chicago, Columbus, Ohio, Milwaukee,
Portland, and Berwyn, IL, Austin, TX, Brooklyn, and Indianapolis and more. Just came back from Oklahoma City and am hoping to make it to California next year.
